Caesar salad with croutons, bacon, poached egg and anchovy dressing
Half a Dozen Oysters three ways – Natural, with fresh lime, Mornay and Kilpatrick
Goats Cheese Bruschetta, with pesto and rocket
Eggplant Soup with crumbled fetta
Smoked salmon with a traditional garnish of capers, onions and lemon

Main Course :

Tender Roast beef served with roast vegetables and traditional demi glace sauce
Lamb Cutlets with a mint hollandaise sauce
Fish of the day
Roast Vegetable and Polenta Stack with Tomato Salsa
Chicken Fillet with creamy mushroom sauce
